With the exception of the Sturgis Rally Week (August 6 through August 14), the following information is a summary of our lodging rates for the 2010 Season.  All cabin and guesthouse rates are listed for up to four (4) people. Our cabins and guesthouses are comfortable and kept in top shape, with many amenities. Hotel comfort in the tall pines of the Black Hills forest.

Cabin and Guesthouse Information

Camper Cabin

The camper cabin is a small (13' x 13') basic lodging accommodation with two double beds (sleeps 4).  Furnished with linens, towels, local television and air conditioning. No bathroom.  The occupants of the camper cabin use the rest room and shower facilities of the resort, which are located behind the camper cabins. Maximum limit is 5 people, including small children and infants.

Small Cabin

The small cabins are also a small (13' x 13') basic lodging accommodation with two double beds (sleeps 4) furnished with linen, towels, local television and air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower. Maximum limit is 5 people, including small children and infants. (Map location: G1 - G3).

Bunkhouse Cabin

A one room cabin furnished with a double bed and two sets of bunk beds (sleeps 6), satellite television and air conditioning.  Kitchenette with a sink, under counter refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.  The bathroom has a shower. Maximum limit is 8 people, including small children and infants.

One Bedroom Guesthouse (kitchen and one bedroom)

These air-conditioned, two room units have satellite television, a full working kitchen provided with plates, silverware and basic cooking utensils. The kitchen provides a full electric range with an oven, a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave-oven and toaster. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination and linen & towels are provided. There are two double beds(sleeps 4) with a maximum limit of 6 people, including small children and infants.  (Map location: G7 - G15).

Two Bedroom Guesthouse (kitchen and two bedrooms)

These air-conditioned, three room units have satellite television, a full kitchen provided with plates, silverware, basic cooking utensils. The kitchen is provided with an electric stove, a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave-oven and toaster. The bathroom has a shower facility and linen & towels are provided. There are three double beds (sleeps 6) with a maximum limit of 8 people, including small children and infants.

Family Cabin (three bedrooms, living/dining area & kitchen)

These air-conditioned, three bedroom cabin accommodations have a small living and dining area with satellite television, a full working kitchen set up for light housekeeping with place settings of dishes and silverware. The kitchen area is provided with an electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, a few pots and pans, linens and towels. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. There are three double beds (sleeps 6) with a maximum limit of 8 people, including small children and infants.  (Map location: G16 - G17).

Reunion Cottages (three or five bedrooms, larger living/dining area and kitchen)

• Three Cabins with 3 different floorplans.

These air-conditioned cottages have a larger living and dining room area, with satellite television, ideal for larger families. The kitchen is provided with an electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, a few pots and pans, and additional items for light housekeeping. 

G-20  Three bedrooms with 4 double beds and 1 single single bed, 1 1/2 half baths.  (Sleeps 9) with a maximum limit of 10 people, including small children and infants. 

G-22  Three bedrooms with 4 double beds, 1 full bath. (Sleeps 8) with a maximum limit of 10 people, including small children and infants.

*Single size rollaway beds can be reserved in advance, for the Bunkhouse Cabin, the One and Two Bedroom Guesthouses, the Family Cabins and the Reunion Cottages.  There is a $5.00 charge for each rollaway delevired to any lodging unit.  Guesthouses & Family Cabins have room for 1 rollaway.

Notes & Deposit Information

Pets
Dogs within reason are welcome. However, a pet fee of $5.00 per night, per pet (in lodging units), a damage deposit and a signed pet agreement will be required upon arrival. Pets cannot be unattended or left alone at campsites.  Pets cannot be left unattended or alone in lodging units, unless secured in an approved pet kennel and they do not bark or disturb other guests.  Pets must be leashed at all times on resort grounds and owners must clean up after their pets.  There are common areas of the resort, where pets are not allowed.  All lodging units will be inspected daily.  For additional pet information, (See FAQs page.)

Housekeeping Service With the exception of a change of towels and wash cloths, maid services will be provided by special request only during your stay. If you wish additional housekeeping services during your stay, please notify resort personnel. Our housekeeping staff will not clean kitchen dishes and utensils during your stay. All units will be inspected & checked daily.

Television Our Guesthouses, Family Cabins, Bunkhouse Cabin and Reunion Cottages offer the "Total Choice Package" of Direct TV satellite programming. Small Cabins and Camper Cabins offer local reception which includes ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX and PBS.
 
Weekley rates Weekly rates are available during the Off Season and Winter only.  There is a minimum 6 night stay for weekly rates and daily housekeeping service is limited.  All lodging units will be inspected daily.  Please call for weekly rate quotes during our Off Season and Winter dates.

Deposits

Guaranteed reservations require a deposit equal to one day's rate payable at the time the reservation is made with Visa, MasterCard or Discover card and a valid credit card on file.  Please note that we are unable to reserve lodging units without a credit card on file. Your deposit will guarantee your arrival on the specified date for the dates reserved. When we receive your deposit, we will send or email a confirmation card to you.

Cancellation & Deposit Refund Policy

Cancellations within 59 days of arrival will forfeit their deposit unless the unit or space is re-rented for the dates reserved; however, a minimum cancellation charge of $25 for processing fees, will be charged for the late cancellation. No-Shows and early departures for both camping and lodging will be responsible for their reserved dates. Since our primary season is just under 70 days, our cancellation policy will be applied.
